Processing & Production

All products are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Customs delays, duties, or fees

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refund or replacement.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
